I am a trained health & wellness

of health conditions which require new ways of living.
As someone with ADHD and coming from a family
with behavior challenges I understand that human
behavior is complex and not as simple as "choosing"
one way of acting over another.

Coaching Approach
You will observe your behavior & environment by monitoring events and we will engage in reflective conversations so you with optional mindfulness exercises. The goal of this is to grow in awareness and flexible perspective taking. Then you will design creative solutions and utilize your strengths to find a range of new pleasurable behaviors that reliably fit your circumstances for the long-term.
You will observe your behavior & environment by monitoring events both inside and outside of you. We will engage in reflective conversations to get to the root of your concerns with optional mindfulness exercises. The goal of this is to grow in awareness and flexible perspective taking. Then you will design creative solutions and utilize your strengths to find a new repertoire of pleasurable behaviors that reliably fit your circumstances for the long-term.
